The Jackson family have been pioneers of scuba diving not only in Roatán but also in Honduras for over 40 years. Rino started diving with his father in Roatán when he was eight years old, and he hasn't stopped diving since.

Jackson's Dive Center is a boutique dive shop with one of the most experienced dive owners and dive leaders on the island. Rino has logged over 10,000 dives in Roatán's waters and continues to dive daily with his customers. He takes special care to impart his vast knowledge of the reef to his staff, ensuring the best experience for customers, particularly those interested in macro diving.

Rino not only finds impossibly small creatures on the reef, but also contributes to the expansion of catalogued reef creatures. He discovers new species yearly.

Given the breadth and depth of experience our shop has in macro diving, we offer specialty dives for customers interested in looking for the smallest and best-camouflaged reef inhabitants. This is a specialty dive for true enthusiasts or experienced divers looking to explore macro diving.

We limit group size to four divers; if photographers are present, we limit the group size to two divers. Rino himself leads all of these dives.
